I often sample sounds from my stash as a classical recording engineer, and reflect them back out with my context and touch

Juicebox

Spring 2021

Four distilled moments examining a heath crisis and the journey onwards. My goal was to create the peace I personally searched for during that chapter. A sonic oasis of heavy bass and jazz samples filled with thankfulness and comfort food.

Linear Departure

Released in Summer of 2015

This project is a exploration on the marriage of classical concert hall excerpts and contemporary electronic soundscapes. Melting keys, rhythms, and phrases together, this album is a true of sonic abstraction of my role as a classical recording engineer. My hope is that the listener finds new aural flavors that can only be achieved when two dissimilar genres are blended.

Pretty

Released in Fall of 2018

Sitting at 20 minutes, and six seconds - this album is a cluster**** of vibrant colors and distortions looking to find comfort in the chaos. Fermented orchestral excerpts set within heavy cross rhythms and ‘pretty’ sound worlds created with Naomi Columna in mind.
